I was disappointed as soon as I took it out of the box. The whole thing felt cheaper than I expected, especially the plastic parts, and the finish had little marks on it like nobody really checked it before shipping.

I tried using it a few times, but it still didn’t work the way it was supposed to. At one point I was just thinking, why is this so complicated? For the price, I expected much better quality, and I wouldn’t buy from Autowash again.

The staff were really nice, which makes such a difference. I don’t know, sometimes it’s the little things you remember more than the actual process, but everything was handled well and I felt taken care of.

I stopped in for a quick wash and, i sort of expected the vacuums to be full or not working for some reason. But they were actually open and working just fine. They had towels and a few other little things there too, which made cleaning the inside a lot easier than I thought it would be. No waiting around either, so overall I’d say it’s a solid spot

I ran my car through the wash the dryer barely did anything. By the time I got home, there were water spots all over it. If you’re charging people for a car wash, it should actually leave the car looking clean and dry, anything less just feels wrong.

Auto Wash Co is super convenient for me since it’s right on my way home from work. I don’t have to go out of my way or make a whole separate trip just to get the car washed, which I really appreciate. The entrance was easy to see, and getting in and out wasn’t a hassle at all. I’ll admit, after I paid I had that quick moment of wondering if it was actually going to be worth it, but everything went fine. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it can get busy at certain times. Still, the location is really handy and I’d use it again.
